FASTSIGNS International Inc. is the franchisor of FASTSIGNS centers which provide custom sign and graphics products. There are currently over 700 FASTSIGNS locations worldwide in United States, Canada, the U.K., the Cayman Islands, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Chile and Australia. In 2010, Catherine Monson (CEO) and Mark Jameson (EVP) engaged the Boyens Group® to transition their business from a retail/reactive business model to a commercial/proactive business model focusing on hiring Outside Sales Reps to increase B2B sales. The Boyens Group® provided speaking, training, consulting and coaching solutions to the system. As a result, FASTSIGNS International was able to triple the average order size within the first 18-months and that average order size continues to grow today. In addition, they were able to expand the number of Outside Sales Reps (OSRs) from 12 in 2010 to more than 400 system-wide!
